Thank you for your interest in our effort to support Yolo County nonprofits. If you are a nonprofit working in Yolo County and you are interested in being involved with or receiving funding through our programming, please do the following:
1. Subscribe to our COVID-19 email list here. We are in the process of putting together the grant application process for the Yolo COVID-19 Relief Fund with the County and our other partners. As soon as we have the announcement ready, we’ll share it with everyone signed up on that list (as well as through social media, the Yolo Nonprofit Leaders Alliance, etc.).

2. Fill out this short form with a quick summary of what you’re working on. That will allow us to share your efforts via our donor education campaign, through which we’re encouraging residents throughout Yolo County to give directly to local nonprofits in this time.
3. This is also a good time to make sure you’re signed up for the Yolo Nonprofit Leaders Alliance (NPLA) email list. We’re putting together a slate of trainings, which will be delivered through the NPLA (which is a partnership with the Yolo County Library, Impact Foundry, and Yolo Community Foundation) – we’ll share that information via our COVID-19 email list, too, but NPLA is a great resource and a key part of our plan to serve nonprofits during this time.

4. The Sacramento Region Community Foundation also has a relief fund, which covers a four-county region including Yolo County. Learn more here
