This annual scholarship was created to honor the spirit of Julia Millon, a Winters resident who was dedicated and passionate about all of the activities that encompassed her existence, especially life outdoors, ultra trail running, reading, writing, science, health and well being. Julia graduated from Winters High School in 2008 and UC Berkeley in 2012. Julia’s family hopes that scholarship recipients will share Julia’s dedication, resolve and selflessness.
